I opened my agency in 2008 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience and passion to build my own agency. I'm the proud parent of two adult children and enjoy farming, gardening, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
Giving back to the community is an important part of who we are. I teach budgeting classes at the local high school, support HOPE and other local nonprofit organizations, and enjoy finding ways to make a positive impact in the communities we serve.

As an Account Associate for Rosa Martinez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Rosa Martinez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
